These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Configureout website at configureout.com. By accessing the site or submitting a consultation request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

Configureout is a product configurator designed to be embedded on commerce websites. The site at configureout.com presents marketing information about the product and offers a consultation form. The product itself is currently in beta — access is granted to selected customers on a per-engagement basis after an initial consultation.

2. Using the consultation form

When you submit a consultation request, you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate and submitted in good faith
• You are using the form for a genuine business inquiry, not for spam, harassment, or automated submissions
• The contact information you provide is yours, or you have authority to submit it on behalf of the business named

We reserve the right to refuse, ignore, or terminate consultation conversations at our sole discretion.

3. Intellectual property

All content on configureout.com — including text, images, graphics, logos, source code, and design — is the intellectual property of Configureout and its founder, protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, redistribute, modify, frame, mirror, or create derivative works of any content on this site without prior written permission.

The Configureout name and logo are trademarks. You may reference them in fair-use contexts (such as reviews, articles, or commentary) but not in a manner that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.

4. Third-party services

This site links to and integrates with third-party services we do not control:

• Brevo — for processing your consultation request (email and CRM)
• Cloudflare — for hosting, content delivery, and privacy-first analytics
• The Configureout demo widget loads from a separate domain

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or privacy practices of these third parties. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply to their portion of the service.

5. No warranties

The configureout.com website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The site will be available without interruption or error
• The information presented is complete, accurate, or current
• The site is free of viruses or other harmful components

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Configureout, its founder, and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or any content on it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country of residence of the data controller. Any disputes arising from your use of the site will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
